Victor Whitmill създател на татуировки завежда съдебно дело срещу Warner Bros., с което иска обезщетение за нарушаване на негови авторски права, както и спиране на филма "Поредният ергенски запой".
Нарушението касае използване на една татуировка върху лицето на един от артистите. Victor Whitmill е създател на такава татуировка, която е направена на лицето на Майк Тайсън много по-ранно.
Съдът обаче отказа на спре разпространението на филма поради претенцията за нарушаване на авторски права. Доводът за това е че Warner Bros., които са вложили 80 милиона долара във филма, ще претърпят огромни загуби. Това касае и трети страни ангажирани с разпространението на филма, като кина, дистрибутори и тн.
Въпреки това съдът не прекратява делото, като цяло, напротив то продължава.

Victor Whitmill who is a creator of tattoos brought a lawsuit against Warner Bros.He seeks damages for infringement of his copyrights and stop the distribution of the film "The Hangover: Part II" .
The violation concerns the use of a tattoo on the face of one of the artists. Victor Whitmill is the creator of such a tattoo that has been made on the face of Mike Tyson far earlier.
However, the Court refused to stop distributing the film due to claim of copyright infringement. The argument for this is that Warner Bros. which have invested $ 80 million film will undergo huge losses. This conclusion concerning also to the third parties involved in distribution of films such as cinemas, distributors and so on.
However the court did not close the case as a whole, on the contrary it continued.
